South African smoked fish with corn bread

Hollowed out bread filled with chicken curry

Made with south African red bush tea

Pan fried ostrich steak with BBQ style carrots, mielie pap and Mrs balls chutney jus

Mielie pap is white cornmeal style polenta

Mrs Ball jus is a south African chutney

Amarula iced parfait with fresh berries

Sugar cream with south African Marula fruit

Wine will be chosen by the host Matt Davenport who will pair South African wines to each dish on the evening.

A £10 per person deposit will be required when making a booking for this evening.
